U guys can watch the interview from fb (can find the link frm abv conversation history), it is radio FM live broadcast; Mr hon attended f2f interview, and answered much questions, i thought it is much reliable than speculation counters; since u guys putting “blood sweat” money into the co, why dont spend an hour to watch the interview , and further understand it. approx 50mins interview.

i think most companies offer esos, they only can sell it at least a year after acquired. purpose esos should try to motivate & keep the employees..
