What happen when Leon leaves? Top management especially CEOs only look at short term (5Yrs) performance and will try to enjoy low hanging fruit planted by previous CEOs. It is really up to the Board to balance KPI of CEOs between short term profits and sustainable long term business ventures. If CEOs can't bring values on top of what been established, shareholders value will not grow. Historically, BAB shares tend to move up in August. If acceptance of Kraken comes through in August, we should see price move up then. Just my little humble observation.

Thanks mikelim for the quick insight on management share scheme. Most companies pegged incentive against performance based on KPI. Looks like shareholders are easy on management and of course like what RJ87 said, there is more reason to have distribution of incentive shares at low price for management to sell on releasing good news. If that happens share price will come down again when they sell. Tricky stock to go for.

I enjoy reading all the contributions from investors in this blog especially the more researched points from mikekim and RJ87. Could it be that management are getting more incentive shares in anticipation of an uptrend in share price? Just wondering how much they would benefit from higher share price.
