on 15th, they announced the change in accounting period to 30th June. which means that we could expect all acquisition will finalize by then, so that they could release the annual report (of 18th months) inclusive the Ping & Silterra. it is all management tactics now.

buying queue is still high at the lower price. there are high demands, just that people wants to get in at low price. as long as mid term & long term holders continue to hold, & the traders sell high, we're at strong support. just need a little bit more power & resilience.

i think they will announce the final deal once the price hit a certain point. & my gut feeling is saying the PP is related to the deal (not only to raise fund for acquisition). but this is a complete speculation, i have no fact to backup.

relax, this is a minor drop. another sign of a healthy stock. once retracement is done, it will surge once again. the buying force is still high.

apple, i agree with your statement. but we are also overlooking the fact that people who used to be working in office/shops are now residing at home separately. which means their personal electric consumption increased. collectively, consumptions did not drop too much. except for factories, of course. consensus are targeting low TP of 11, & high at 13. that should say something.

the bullishness of the price today is mainly to the announcements & ppl jumping on trends. but what you said about green energy is spot on. tenaga needs to revise the business model soon.

Wowzaa there's a discount! I dont think we'll be seeing these prices around after the signing finalized & details announced. The only reason the big boiss arent jumping in yet, is because the details arent out there yet. Once its announced, analysts will revise the report & call it out as Underperformed with a much higher TP. The only reason Dnex is regards as Outperforming right now is because the price right now is based on pre Ping & Silterra acquisition. Once everything finalized, like everyone here said, RM 1.00 is inevitable.

Also, dont forget, for the first time in a long time in BursaMKTPLC, an analyst has called the "Buy" recommendation for Dnex.

Folks that were stuck at 0.4 from several years ago are unloading. We might be stuck at 0.4 for a while, before kicking off to the new TP. The price will shoot eventually. It could be sooner that we think if new sets of investors join in. PP has price revised too. Everything looks really promising.
