HO Exercise Price = 1808 Conversion Ratio = 800 今天闭市价 = 0.24
KLCI闭市 = 1636
HO 应有价格 = （1808 - 1636） / 800 = 0.215
也就是说如果KLCI在到期的时候维持不变 = 1636
银行会给回你0.215
但是你买入价是0.24
所以你还是亏0.025（0.24-0.215）

But, we can always predict based on fundamental which is logical(though things could be different,always)... i could see a long term development for gloves sector in malaysia but furniture, hmm... profit taking should be the right way to do... However, next 2 quarters we should still see good quarter from most of the furniture counters...

calvin, yes, i do agree chasing for furniture stocks now look to me a short term investment(no doubt, ppl will earn money through Pohuat blah blah blah..) but, for long term, I have negative POV...

correct me if i am wrong... furniture counters are heavily relying on macro economic... with that said, if macro eco is good, the demand for furniture would be good which helps those export counters(furniture, to be exact here)... Thus, even if with high US currency, if there's no demand, the company would never earn/increase revenue, correct?
US just released the data showed that job data was good which brought down the NASDAQ index, why? because the fear of market for having FED rate increase... based on past few times experience, each of the FED rate increment led to USA recession... If this really happens, I have negative POV on furniture counters(though I am still holding some Hevea, just disposing Hometriz at 1.11 last two weeks).. not sure sifu-sifu, how do you think?
