for short term catalyst, annoucement on little bay cove disposal will be the key. it had been a week since the closing date without any annoucement. price is coming down if insider knew that the disposal will not proceed

still market don't trust tony tiah, even though he keeps buying,

i also hope that what i shared so far will not be consider as rumors and lies to trick people to buy into tagb. learn a lot of this counter from singh1.

A $280M = RM 812M, this is good news. Why TAGB share still under pressure ??????

my reasoning;
1) short term investors decided not to invest in TAGB as tony tiah stop buying
2) investors who offload their shares did not want ot take risk if the above did not materialized price may go down more
3) i believe like Singh1 that the above will materialized price will go higher

today price never touch 0.38 unless yesterday,,,,,,,,,,,

singh1, in RM quantitive terms, TAGB short and long terms loans had increased from 1b++ to 2 b++. Yes, on the other side the fixed assets had also increased.
that leave TAGB little room to manourve if their fixed assets are not performing

Singh1., wonderful insight on TAGB prospects. What is your view on their debts? I am of the view hat TAGB gearing is quite high. Unless they manage to dispose Little Bay Sydney to reuce their gearing , I wonder if the company has enough cash flow to proceed with so many things. Hoping to read your thought on this issue

from my little reading
1. tony tiah had been found guilty many years ago by the court and fined RM3 million. he was lucky that he escaped jail term, the case had somehing to do with omega security and john soh.
2. his past is still being dig out recently by some media in canada and tiah junior had to defend himself as the offence was so long ago and it was not fair to him.
3. if tony tiah is really a changed person, his resposibilties is to make sure he take good care of both ta and tagb and make all long term shareholders richer in the process,
4. if he is succesful in no.3 it will also good for tony junior too

singh1 LK036 In a year or two nobody can tell especially since there are so many factors that can affect a share price. Some of which are : Big correction to Dow Jones, Malaysia elections, collapse in oil price ( this will affect malaysian stock market) and so many other surprise factors which we cannot possibly anticipate. Now if everything stays normal, I do believe TAGB could be headed towards
RM1.00 , while TA could be around RM1.80 or more. With the property launches coming up this year and for many years to come, the potential is good
