@chleong, based on your calculation, the share price does not change much before and after the right issue? The only benefot of subcriding the right issue is to get the free warrant? Is there any other benefit?

Kamaru, I had called 2 investment bank offices, to ask about how a 0.085 share company can issue 0.30 share to pay for their newly acquired building. Unfortunately, both bank officers could not give me an answer. One of them did called the related share registrar, but the answer given was pending for EGM result. No other answer. If the EGM approve the resolution of issuing 0.30 share, will these shares be listed at 0.30 or follow the market price of 0.085? If the new shares will be listed at 0.30, why not so many people buying the share now? I totally puzzled?????Perhaps the sifu out there can offer their valuable comment.

Hi, Sandra, after reading your thread. For DVM, there is an opportunity to gain profit by collecting at low price (may be 8sen or 9 sen), then sell all, when the stock is being push up again by the giant sharks to release their warrant (in 2 ~3 months time).

Also, should start collecting IDEAL Jacobs now, waiting for the right issue wave.
