Sona is a Ship with the Captain not fighting the storm to survive it...
The Sona management is not raising the war drum after the adjournment of the egm..
No action plans, no assuring announcement, and is silently shying away and hiding away from the battle...
Even during the interviews they are quite beaten on the chest and have zero confidence level....
very badly managed indeed...

So many negative news/articles/analysis and they do not bother to re-assure and boost the retail purchasers confidence, public confidence will slowly fade away and fate is sealed

IF i am CS or PA, i will play this game:
1) Create all the uncertainty in the market of QA approval up to today, and buy in large volume of WA at (0.045~0.05). Once QA approve tomorrow.. WA price will go up to ~0.10 based on 0.35 exercise price to be in the money (80-90% return)

2) Mother share to be kept or to be sold: Depends on price of SONA after QA approved. However, if price drops to around 0.43 (due to no more support by SC regulation), can still sell at discount however huge earning on WA.....

This definitely sounds like a plan =)
So my guess is it will be a yes from them, and secretly collecting wa...

Looks like the management team need to push to the price to an attractive enough price for CS and PA to hold and sell it in the open market after egm rather than getting the liquidated return.....

All the best to all....

From the look of it... lets look at the shares voting rights and do some maths...
Management Shareholding is 20% which has no voting rights
CS and PA holds 21% of the total share
Shares with voting rights = 80%
CS+PA/Total Share with voting rights = 25%

Does that mean if CS and PA (yield investor) votes no.... its game over?!
