I strongly suspect this stock is HEAVILY MANIPULATED.....everyday around 3.02 to 3.05 pm the bigger buy orders will be cleared rapidly...followed by smaller buy orders at the same price.
Bottomline....somebody is bottom fishing by creating fear.
