NG price already reached bottom + all attacking bad news was cooling down + New Captain is planning something to grow NG .. Will rebound soon . Mature investors shall notice this and wait to sell at higher price later. Time needed to reconstruct after typhoon . Recent high volume transaction at 0.055 is just exchange of shares among some shareholders in open market.

NG price will rebound.

Now just wait and see how New Captain perform. At the mean time, still no special news which is good for NG. Hence, do not expect price will fly crazy.

As mentioned earlier, merging matter need one or two months to complete. Due to this positive issue, why don't be patience to wait see how strong effect to NG price later. Of course, you may have alternative to sell if you find other counters move faster...
I personally feel the price uptrend percentage of this counter is 70%. Hence, i still waiting..

Means Iretex agreed the proposal. Not going to seek for other alternative proposal.

New issue of NG shares to exchange for IRETEX shares.
Meaning NG will fully take over IRETEX, and IRETEX will become major shareholders of NG.

Today seems like only small shareholders do the selling ( low volume transacted ) , Dealers no action at all, let NG counter floating freely. For me, it is not the right time to sell. I have time to wait for next wave..

As long as overall world market is not black, RM rebound plus said counter got news.. it is "positive uptrend sign".
Don't buy if doubts and sell when own TP is achieved and leave without regret.

If a Company agree to give back excess fund to shareholders after reduction of par value, then only will stimulate immediate price uptrend. If fund keep in Company for future use, price will up slowly.. I sincerely wish NG price will up to 11-12 cents soon, i still have balance of 250,000 units in hand.

NG by right can up to 11-12 cents now.. but due to reduction of par value, affected its uptrend force. Meaning NG par value is 0.5 cents, now market price is 0.08 cents. I guess shareholders may throw some and buy back when new shares with price 0.05 issue later. i wish NG will up cos i still holding some NG shares

This counter suffer huge losses. I left at 0.065, bought at 0.055. Earned some pocket money.
Asiabio will not perform in this stage unless they find new core business to merge and acquire.
May need to wait long.. only Management know inside story.

Present Asiabio par value is 0.10. They are going to adjust it to 0.05 ( but paid up shares quantity remain the same )
Why reduce ? Because Company lack of fund. They want to issue some more shares to market with price 0.05 per shares. By looking at market price now i.e 0.06, it stills can attract some investors to buy new shares at 0.05 per share.

Negative view : Company short of fund.
Positive view : Market share price shall maintain at 0.05 or above to make new shares able to sell out later.

Correct me if you all have different point of view.

what will happen to par value reduction?
is it means today you buy 10,000 units at 0.08 ( market value) . After reduction, means you will hold 20,000 at 0.04?
What about warrant? means buy10,000 at 0.04 will become 20,000 at 0.02 also after reduction?
appreciate someone will tell me.

Luckily got strong supporters at 0.055. Whoever q sell at 0.055, will quickly absorbed by 0.055 guardians.

Shares Market anything can happen. Few times i sold losses counter shares and shift to buy profit counter shares. Eventually, those shares i sold moving up, shares i bought not moving at all or move down some more, so regretted! But, please bear in mind, holding bad company shares is at your own risk too. No pain no gain, i take the risk.

This is a Crazy counters. It cans shoot up easily when on fire...since this counter price is so low now, I had bought some shares and waiting to win lottery one day.
As long as market is stable.. low price counters will follow up soon.

Drop due to TPY reduce shares holding , look see buyers waiting for further news because sky still dark. Follow by small holders panic selling . But , seems 0.07 - 0.075 is present strong support price.

As a fund investors, must know own target price to gain profit or cut loss . Don't easily get affected by forum comments to buy or to sell. We are not the " Mastermind" , hence we don't know what will happen next. It is normal that most people will share negative thoughts when price drop & talk positive when price up. Be firm to yourself, when to buy and to sell. Good counters may drop sharply & bad news counters may

Although WB exercise price is 0.26. But that is 9 years after matter.. WA & WC now stand at 0.065-0.07. By right WB shall stand at 0.06 by now. Then up accordingly to its mother shares , WA & WC movement . Hence, I feel that it is still 0.02 behind the WA & WC. When mother shares shoot up..sure WB will follow up too. Moreover , 0.04 considered very safe price to collect ( Low risk of getting losses )

A secret Seller keep selling at 0.06... repeating selling 500 000 units each time.., he had sold huge volume of Warrant -C these few days... caused price unable to push up to 0.065.. Unless he stops selling or else this Warrant C's price will further drop.

If 0.06 support still strong tomorrow, means Collectors still there. Glotec collectors cautiously accumulating its shares, from 0.05...then 0.055..then 0.06...slowly will move on to 0.07. This counter not suit for those who want FAST returns. In my point of view, i noticed that when Collectors found lesser dumping investors in every price level... then they will move on to another higher price level. Honestly speaking, 0.05-0.06 price really under valued.. reasonable price level shall be at 0.08-0.09!
However, investors may not interested in slow moving counter, hence for those who want more EXCITED counters, Glotec is not be the good choice in short run.

Their strategy is totally destroy investor's confident and start picking up when the panic selling price dropped to the lowest level. Cruel tactic!
