Big boys including EPF already complying with their governance and ethics requirements by disposing not hundreds, but millions of their share. They don't normally dispose these large amount unless governance compliance requirement. So, yesterday incident going to excelerate this process:

EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND BOARD (a substantial shareholder) disposed 3,444,400 shares on 17-Jun-2021.

Now seller queue as low as 0.5. Better get out now until the dispute end.

Check with Vursa if what KPMG is right or wrong and can they be sued for that.

If you guys read between the lines during the Q&A session yesterday, SerbaDK indirectly admitted that KPMG report is true. But they were not happy that they have been flagged by Bursa as reported by KPMG.

So, do you think they can win this case when KPMG merely doing thier job and complying Bursa requirements. And don't you think more investigation on them after this and they can no longer hide?

Since thinking is a process of merely asking to your brain, Perhaps, you guys ask these question to yourself:


Have SerbaDK release thier audited Financial Audit?

Do you think big institutions like PNB can be in a company that fail to produce audited financial report in time?

Do you know what implication to the investment institutions like EPF if they being audited and found to remains in a company that have been flagged by Bursa.

Don't you see the amount of the share disposed by major shareholders including EPF?

And the most important, have you guys read the audited report prepare by SerbaDK 's own Auditor for many years that know in and out of the company?

Have you get your CFO see how thier financial report for the past few years and ask your CFO if such financial possible ?

Do you know what will happen to a company that said got money coming-in a few years ago but now they have no money yet as indicated during thier Q&A sessions?

So, think before regret. This is not the first case of such company do such thing and do you think the company with such fundamental can exist more than 2 years after being flagged by Bursa?

Do you guy know that Big Boys like EPF also will be audited to ensure they comply with ethics and governance set by their board.

Based on thier past records, they will exit from any company that are messy or facing any consequences . So, do you think EPf will make exception for this company?

The best part, KPMG probably going to engage with thier legal teams from HQ to assist the local legal team. They going to counter Sue and the question is, will serbaDK which they already admitted in Q&A about their financial status , able to pay to KPMG if they win? Look at winning rate of KPMG legal team compared to SerbaDK 's lawyer.

Is SerbaDK is suing KPMG because of the Auditors are doing thier job? What a joke.

The auditor has issued management letter to you to response and failure in doing so, they have to response accordingly as per Bursa Guideline. I think SerbaDK still think that they are running Private Limited company.

Suing the Auditors is clearly sending message to investors that you admitting that you unable to response to the Auditors. Is that means SerbaDK admit that the auditor accusation is correct?

The Q&A is wasting people time. Most of the questions are not answered properly, "Syok Sendiri", denial, shift the blame or self-proclaimed. They think investors just 1 - 2 years in the industry and unable to read the between the lines.

As anticipated, you can see operations of trapping less intelligence retailers already started as early as this morning. The price will be up and followed by sell down.

There is rumors among hedge fund why the chairman wanted to resigned. When a ceo resign during crisis, you know that the ceo takes full responsibility. But when chairman which have nothing to do with the accusation/operations of the organisation and resigned during crisis, you know what does it mean.

This stock appears on my radar. The smart money by most of hedge fund are tuned for distribution/disposal mode. And traders are tuned to short. There is possibility of to see trade up to trap less intelligent retailers like a few weeks ago before it going to be another major sell down.

This is too simple case so much so KPMG is too confidence in their finding and published their investigation despite potential of legal action by SerbaDK if it's not true. Anybody from SerbaDK able to deny the accusations with fact that can be accepted by Auditors or legal?

So shareholders, are you waiting for the new Auditor to rephrase KPMG 's finding so that it does not sound too harsh although their finding are the same? Do you have exit plan like how big boy do? If you loss 50%, consider yourself as lucky.

Interesting stock. Bought 9.94 - 9.95 last friday. Next week will be following SmartMoney to dispose all of them at the right price.. Although the return won't be good as top glove, but better than not making money.
