the reason market does not reflect oskh share price according to its NTA is bcos; the actual value of the issued shares is in rhb, not oskh. in another words, the value has been divided.

if oskh exercise reverse split to reflect its holding in rhb shares, then only the share price gets a chance to aligned

market is smart, if not shares buy back, believe it would have been $1.5++ only

oskh will turn into pn17 in that case, and base on what olh did last time, do u expect him to pay u back good capital? maybe :)

for now, div is all about oskh, 10c not much not less either

rhb book will not take in anything from osk. base on the calculation above, the max div expected is 10c

apart from aabar, mbsb is clearly against the idea of merging and want to be a bank by itself. in this case, not much up side for oskh whether rhb will go private or not, as oskh cannot sell the 9.8% stakes anyway. the real value of oskh issued shares has actually became rhb shares (as oskib sold in return for rhb shares), rightfully, oskh should exercise shares reduction to correctly reflect the true value of oskh being an HOLDING company, it should have been a pn17... since this is not happening, oskh share is actually overpriced now. the market correctly reflecting this point

now it seems that the only reason holding on to oskh is higher than expected div. if oskh failed on this part, u can expect it to go back to $1.5 range, same figure as the latest off market shares moved

many of these condition r not under the control of fed, whether qe can gradually exit and hike interest by next year mid remain to be seen. however, for now, excessive $ will be pushed out from securities, bonds, commodities and currency markets as the cost of "playing" these $ is no longer cheap and easy
