Apparently, OSK is part of a consortium; just got an asset deal done with the 7th largest bank in pH. This deal is worth over 100m.

Not sure why this was not announced ... wonder anything to do with "new core business"? Current OSK price is unbelievably low given its outlook, maybe because of stingy div and lacks of transparency, but indeed a company with very deep pocket.
