Personally, warrent pricing at this level is much more attractive than parent share. Warrent premium is very normal for a growing company. Imagine u bought warrent at RM0.28 and if the mother share stood at RM2 on warrent maturity date, your warrent intrinsic value would be RM2 -RM1.26 (exercise price, if not mistake) = RM0.74. For this case, your profit will be 0.46, or 164% on your warrent investment.
On the other hand, if u buy mother share @ 1.12 now, ur profit is 0.88 or 78%.
