Although concrete producers hv increased price, Awarded projects normally have locked original price with the suppliers. For new projects developer/contractor should increase prices. Teach the govt a lesson to understand basic economy & not to simply cut subsidies. GST should hv been implemented first. Then only review whether subsidy cut is required from the GST revenue income.

Data Centre is overblown---Any property Co can build ( Just like a warehouse, nothing special Except the
Electronics Dram storage which is supply by American Co ---75% of total Cost of Data Center )
Only 2 Real beneficiary in 50years, TNB and Water supply Co ( water for cooling Hot control panels )

New TP by TA RM8.13. Still undervalued. Resilient despite heavy market sell off the past few days. Ignorant people who only think Gamuda hype because of DC project simply did not do any research. Gamuda has strong order book even without DC. DC is just icing on the cake.
