Next dividend is after 23 Q2. Precovid, hektar earned about 10 million per quater. At current share price, investors should be happy with 6 or 7 million nett earning per quater. Once the market is normalized, hektar will earn more like before.

I think there is no more dividend for q4 2022.

Hektar's share price always gets pull down by its right issues and now by its IDRP. I think the idea for IDRP is also to increase its capital but doing it this way is slow to accumulate enough fund for business expansion.

Its good value now. Im buying.

Luckly i sold all before div ex date

This 5.3 cents plus the last 2.7 cents make up 90%+/- of the whole year nett realised profit. Reits must distribute 90%+ profit to avoid tax.

You can guess the Q4 earning already by doing simple calculation of the dividends.

I think hektar's secretary will send you a subscription form after ex date, and you have to return it with a rm10 stamp. Im overseas so i could not subscribe this time. I sold all my hektar before ex date and will buy back after IDRP.

Assuming share price always take all factors into consideration, short term investors who want to sell should sell before ex dividend. Those who decide to keep should also subscribe the IDRP.
