I think HLIB will upgrade TP for Reach if the group done well in 2H 2017.

Hibiscus and Reach are the best oil & gas stocks to play if oil price recovery to $60 and above.

For Hibiscus, actually gain 200% already just in a year, from $0.24 to $0.71. But for Reach, gain 40% only due to its loss-making quarterly results.

So I think we should buy on weakness. For long term, Reach worth $1.00 and above. You can find many investment banks start coverage on Reach beginning 2017, with TP around RM1.00.
