Hi, Im one of the Maxis staff, the management treatment to all employees like slaves. They think we all work for 12hours per day is normal. Cant even claim OT because boss our work not done. How to do our work when laptop is slow, system is slow, website also slow? Moreover even ask us to work ad hoc on Sat. Our contract is 8hours per day, Mon to Fri, but our bosses just denied and ignore us. I shook my head when this Japanese like work culture is in this big company. I wish to see this company go bankrupt
