In near term, the company is facing challenging situation. However, once the cash flow issue solved, the price should be reflected in the share price. TP 0.13 is achievable.


Company is projected to be profitable earlier than forecasted FY'24 subjected to succesfull asset rationalisation and positive cash flow generated once pandemic related expenses claimed back from customer.

Current price 0.045 is good bargain (currently NTA stood at 0.4).

dated today, and by deciphering the human resources minister press statement issued on 11/12/2021 of the role of his ministry 'to saves job and improve welfare of the workers' I decided to re-enter. Bought back same price as I exited yesterday, but with bigger ticket size today. All mentioned risk already factored in the current price. TP RM1.20 assuming Q3 declared profits.

This is shinkasen bullet train, very on time and fast. Buy back before it's too late.

my concern is what if ATA found guilty...? What If they lose the case? The court charges brought by labour department seems serious and if they lose the case, the reputational damages is irreversible. I decided to exit. Malaysian court system hard to predict. Will enter once it go back to 0.5.

Unlikely to retain all agreement due to slim profit margin but still good enough for TP RM1.50 based on 100% retained sales till June/22 @ running at 100% capacity since Oct 21. Back of envelope calculation, will declare profit this Q3 ending Dec 21.
