Just so u all kno, there are 3 possible outcome.

1. Joint offeror obtain at least 75% of enlarged. Bplant will not meet the public spread. Offeror can apply for delisting but this route require and exit offer (same offer price) and need shareholders approval I.e. Egm

2. If the offeror obtain at least 90% of enlarged. Offeror can't invoke section 222 (compulsory acquisition). But offeror can apply for delisting. Those who do not accept might ended up holding unlisted shares.

3. If offeror get 90% of offer shares. Offeror can invoke section 222, so now bplant will be wholly owned by the offeror

If they do not get 90% of the offer shares, they cant invoke section 222, and if they still proceed with delisting, u will ended up with holding unlisted shares

Tmr won't be 1.55.. There will be some discount to 1.55.. Later after klk egm only price move closer to 1.55.. Bear in mind it's not related party. Major shareholders of klk can vote for it. So chances high shareholders klk will approve. Then only general offer will take place

Look at the q results. U reject it will go back to 60 cent.. Lol that also have to ask Ke?

u either a trader or investor.. if u an investor, u must understand the business of the company, whether the management has the expertise to deliver, the real value of the company, the u invest.. just wait la long term.. market up market down, if history has taught is something, economy has its cycle, it cant go down forever..

Why PN17 soon? Share price drop and being a PN17 is not intercorrelated. Share price drop is purely demand supply whereas PN17 bcos the company is sakit financially. The Company registered profit, so theres no way can be a PN17 again.
