Many American companies are owning stocks with Top Glove now. Even Bank of Singapore owns Top Gloves. That should be a good reason why you shouldn't be bothered by short term movement.

What I like about Top Glove is their ESP will be better over Supermax near future. With Supermax new manufacture base in the U.S., I am sure it will affect their EPS despite higher ASP due to cost of operations.

I see the strategy of Supermax trying to dominate the U.S. market since it is believe U.S. will always "Buy America First" plus compliant. Yet, my notion is setting up a factory in the U.S. is a mistake since it won't stop American companies to source from third party country.

This error of judgement from Supermax, has inevitably allow Top Glove to take advantage in terms of EPS.

Yes, a love hate relationship with more hate. Moreover both MAHB and MAS are partly owned by parent company, Khazanah. Makes perfect sense to put their interest on MAS especially when it is only a RM78 million bet. With or without funds, I believe AAX is gone due to 3rd virus wave which is very severe now. Even thinking how RM300 million will help alleviate the 60 plus billion debt will make one "chuckle",

I believe Khazanah will wait for the next move. AAX fold is almost certain now and no Investors will want to burn their cash to save a debt. It is the same when Lehman Brother asking Warren Buffett to bail them out. Not going to happen.

Instead, axing AAX will breathe new life for MAS. Khazanah can also create a low cost subsidiary fast (just like Cathay Pacific on Dragon) to seal its dominant in low cost. Kill the golden goose? AAX was a golden goose, now it is a lame duck.

TF now is trying to utilize his million customer data and to quickly develop an app allows to get Air Asia's customer from "Now everyone can fly" to "Now everyone can ride". And it will throw off free ride to all Air Asia customer upon launching when you download their AA app. Just open your tnG app (will be similar). Big Pay, Hotel, Flight, Ride, Food. AAX might merge with Malaysian Airlines for global flights. MAS also struggling so all options is open.

next, pitch this new potential to investors to raise private funds and issuing of new equities with share rights. 8 months down the road, AAX share price will go up to about 6.5 - 8 cents bringing gain close to 75%.

My target price:
Air Asia : RM0.55 (hold)
AAX: RM0.065 cents within 3 months after completion of debt restructuring. Profit = 60%.

I believe Airbus will need to honor AAX request to cancel remaining order unless the company wants to loose an important customer. Another scenario would be deferment but AAX will reject due to cheaper planes lying around. Airbus can continue to focus on maintenance revenue.

@maggiemee quantity volume based on my opinion increases liquidity but rarely affect the share price. Bonus issue unlike stock split are used by cash reserve to pay off. Wait until bonus reflected in. The reason why companies issue bonus because they believe they will be able to generate higher returns in future.

My opinion Supermax is also oversold. Good to buy in.

I rather TG go slowly north up than speed up like rocket. I don't like rocket, prefer slow and steady
