IOI corp has debt denominated in USD. Based on closing on 31dec2016, USDMYR was 4.49. Assuming it was mark-to-market there and resulted FX lost 330mio, then next QR should be better if USDMYR close below (as of today USDMYR around 4.44). Good luck.

Nothing is wrong. Market is right. Demand vs Supply. Just hope everyone make money. That's all. It's a >20months warrant. At current price, implied vols less than 10%. Looks worth the risk. (Disclaimer: it's still OTM warrant, so read at your own risk).

This stock is so expensive on brokerage. Example cost at 4.50 but breakeven around 4.56. Anyway i think it's good to collect now. Hoping for catalyst on CPO+MYR+RSPO. All the best.

I bought at 0.250 before RI. After subscribed RI at 0.200, my holding cost reduced to 0.225. Assuming XOX-WA holding at 0.050, my cost will further reduced to 0.200. I still think it's a right move to go for RI even though the price continue to drift down. To be honest, i'm quite disappointed with the movement today even though another record QR revenue. I think one of the reason is due to fear of under-subscribed of RI and maybe operators want to flush out weak holders. PE has dropped below 30x, where as at one time it was above 60x, a common sight for a growth stock. I'll continue to hold based on QR figures. Wish me luck and all the best to those still holding as well.

Seriously those people who complained about others that write blog, if you don't like the article then don't read it. Why bother and keep pestering others that write? If you think it's a bad call or not a well written research, then why don't you come out with another set of paper and counter it instead of just making noise? The way i see it, the majority shareholders may want to reward themselves from different perspective. They cannot announce dividend cause they not making significant net profit. But they can do right issue with warrant. By doing this, they can squeeze the minority that are cash-strapped and wont subscribe thus missing out on the warrant. IMHO, i think 4 scenarios might happen:
a) Once RI over, push the mother share slightly higher and sell off the warrant at higher price (which is FOC from RI).
b) Once RI over, sell off the warrant at launching and do nothing to mother share (lesser profit)
c) Once RI over, sell off the warrant and mother share immediately (cause par value of 0.10+ RI 0.20 = lower average cost) but will have negative impression for the company.
d) Once RI over, push down the mother share and collect more warrant for better leveraging but negative impression.

I bought at higher price and still considering to subscribe or not. Will be great if everyone here can share their thoughts.

Wow. Congrats hng33 for all the right call. Noticed you going in for MQREITs. I looking at 1.13 (PE 13x, EPS 8.75c). Hopefully can make a quick gain from this stock.

Went in at 0.180 and i'm out at 0.185. I still believe this stock will move higher but i'm going for a REIT stock due to limited capital. Good luck for the rest holding.

Thanks Icon8888 for the good write up. I went in at high @ 0.180. Fundamentally, it has reported NPM for 15quaters. From TA point of view, it has started to move up above SMA200. Hope it will move next year.

Hi Tan KW, i think you can include warrant with condition the expiry date must be at least 1st Jan 2017. This way the warrant will still have valuation comes 31st Dec 2016 for closing MTM. Just my 2cents. Hope it helps. Anyway i'm new here. Pardon me.
