Congrats to those who did homework earlier.
I think going limit up leading up to EGM today.

All indications will break RM2 by end of the day.

A lot of negativity on Gets. They are no longer a bus/transport company.
Given all available announcement and tomorrow's EGM, I think the diversification is really taking place but question is whether share price already factored in?

A lot of contradicting views about TG's SBB. Surely with the planned HK listing it is a good move on TSL part to protect TG that's severely undervalued now?

The more I read about Gets, the more interesting..... hmmmmm

Anyone can enlighten me how can a 55% PP be done?
1. I thought a maximum of 10% for PP?
2. If the EGM PP approved, that means the new shareholder needs to do MGO?

After reading the PP announcement on the upcoming EGM, I think GETS is credible. Proposed diversification into glove and fund raised is for the new factory and also to clean up the debts.
The incoming shareholders are previous Latexx owners which they sold to Semperit for RM600m in 2013!
I don't think these people are new to the game. Only thing is when are they producing and whether the current share price is realistic??
I think today and tomorrow going for limit up with the upcoming EGM this Friday???

I think a small group of people know something that we the public don't.

Rumour is the previous Latexx Partners group now is taking over Gets?? This is huge! Anyone can verify?

Increasing demand (now orders for 2023 have started), with potentially supply being disrupted (how long TG factory will be closed??), I think ASP will shoot up next couple of months.

Private placement this Friday, wonder why this is not being talked about.
Gets going to run again???

Bro Pandu1, I think you haven't go thru in details all the litigation announcements.
Most have been settled/going to be settled by the new controlling shareholders. Just read the Ambank announcement.

Something's definitely brewing. EGM this Friday??

All the news about vaccine and the challenges (logistics, price, production), public should know by now that its widescale availability is not going to be so soon. Current gloves prices are a huge buying opportunity for those who missed out previously.
