they're 2 or 3 guys promoting this counter, i c nothing wrong with it; the only thing is, sometimes it was overly done even though the oil price is down. we've got to give a realistic n correct pictures in terms of the company's prospect n the potential price upside

this company is damn smart, releasing this news just before the AGM.. look forward to monitoring the price next week

U r welcome @rmsav. Here's my take.. If u want to make fast money in trading, go to other stable counters. Thheavy is a little bit wobbly at the moment. But if u have a little bit extra spare cash, can buy slow2 when the price dips further

KUALA LUMPUR — Corporate Malaysia is now eyeing TH Heavy Engineering Bhd (TH Heavy) after fellow oil and gas player Perisai Petroleum Teknologi Bhd became the industry’s first victim of low oil prices.
Perisai fell into PN17 classification for distressed companies subsequent to defaulting on a bond payment, after noteholders voted against an extension of maturity.
TH Heavy, however, has the backing of ultimate parent Tabung Haji as well as bondholders, allowing the company to extend the maturity of its sukuk by one year to Sept 29, 2017.
Nonetheless, the Minority Shareholder Watchdog Group (MSWG) cautioned TH Heavy shareholders to be vigilant of its current financial solvency due to several factors.
“Although creditors have agreed to extend the bond maturity date, the fact that the company had defaulted in the loan repayment of RM170 million does not change. It is uncertain whether TH Heavy would be able to honour the loan repayment within the extended period,” the watchdog noted in its weekly newsletter last Friday.
The group said Petronas has barred TH Heavy’s 70% subsidiary, THHE Fabricators Sdn Bhd, from participating in the national oil company’s future tenders for two years beginning this year2016. Moreover, TH Heavy has been making losses for the last nine quarters.
“TH Heavy has also received 10 winding-up petitions since July 2016 with claims amounting to over RM45 million, and it has failed to raise sufficient funds from its shareholders in the recent fund raising exercise with only 30% subscription over the rights issue of convertible preference shares in September 2015,” MSWG added.

their AGM is 24 may if i m not mistaken. in oct last year, thheavy signed a JV agreement with DESTINI to execute a shipbuilding project to construct & supply 3 units of Offshore Patrol Vessels awarded by the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA). this is an election counter, will go no wrong if u have holding power...

@bluemoon, i got a few min.. so I can give u my simple major rules for buying any warrant. rule #1 i no buy warrant when it's so closed to its expiry date, rule #2 i no simply buy warrant when its mother share is lower than exercise price, rule #2 i no buy warrant when its premium is so high.. n many2 other rules. when ready to b converted, it's total price must b less than the mom's price, then got profit. i put it in simplest terms..

u refer to your remisier, he/she'll give u a perfect formula..
