It is pity many not understand the terms or clauses used in the stock exchange. What is major share holders? When a person ceased to be a major share holders doesnt mean he had sold off his shares.

It was not announced recently but very early in the proposal. It is matter of understanding.

Icps of rm0.20 means 0ne icp (nominal value 1sen) plus 19 sen which is equivalent to rm 0.20

The rules be there , but the truth is most between 8-11 days.

Sc, as what i know , not involves with setting rules for conversion.all conversions need to send to bursa, so far i did not get any information on number of days needed.
But one of the registrars told me , 10 market days.
I assumed it is correct from my previous at least a few hundreds of conversions.
Most of them 9-10 days, some but very few 8 or 11 days

I did many conversions for different stocks , still doing , more than 10 conversions for a few stocks weekly, most 9-10 days

Passed experience, no more than 10 market days ,can be 9 days but 8 days very exceptional.

So far previous records of convertable stocks, no (used up ) until maturity.
