Funnily the shark choose to unload after 4pm. One scenario is tht shark wants to create panic selling causing panic selling. Then once reaches the minimum amount the shark would come in again and accumulate much more.

PETALING JAYA: Malaysia Steel Works (KL) Bhd (Masteel) has been granted a six-month extension, until June 8, 2018, to complete its private placement exercise to raise up to RM23.96 million.

Masteel’s board of directors said in a Bursa Malaysia filing, the group has been granted the extension by the stock market regulator in a letter dated Dec 4.

The group announced its proposed private placement exercise, of up to 10% of the company’s total share capital, on May 25.

The bulk of the proceeds will be for the re-payment of its credit facilities amounting to RM23.78 million.

Masteel’s share price fell 6.345 to close at RM1.33 with some 18.45 million shares done.

Wait this friday and then talk. Lets see if it can break resistance at 1.4 as i remembered very hard to break. Gains made due to q3 result have been reduced dramatically or probably gone. Lets c

So this means even with a stellar performance when translated to share price increase it is not up to par

I respect sifu otb but i have diff. view from him in this matter.. i do however acknowledge sifu otb have way better track record conpared to me. But with that being said it does not mean i am wrong.so shareholders have a responsibilty to do their own homework.

@Henly Masteel does not use natural gas and price hike will not affect the bottom line. Go google the electric arc furnace process and you can understand better. I know the process very well

Masteel will do well for 2018, I'm very sure. If you said property market will be bad for 2018, the argument is not valid as 2017 property market is also very bad, why Masteel can give a record breaking QR of 38 millions even beating the performance of 2015/2016 when the property market was booming?

i agree MR OTB.. my target was higher but fell within my realistic estimates when i saw the max price it reached this morning,.

Market sentiment is very bad, otherwise, I expect the price to gap up and closed higher.

KLSE is one of the worst performers in world stock markets in 2017.
