To my observation, EPF has been trimming all its portfolio below 5 % as a normal way of liquidation at the year end for liquidity reasons. No big deal and there is no cause of concern at all....

Exactly ,you are buying the business . There is no question of the semi conducting business but the People managing the business are dodgy and half past six. How could the company grow with strength to another height ? I remain sceptical.

Had the incumbent management been competent, they would have done something constructive to restore the share price GT to the height where it truly belongs to ie 2.00 and above............

GT has been plummeting from 2.00 to 0.50 for a valid reason which many still fail to discern so far..........so pathetic of them ...............

APB should have intervened to pre-empt the resignation of the incumbent auditors,KPMG since they are the major shareholders of GT. What was Ku as a professional CA and the rest of BOD doing then ? Why couldnt they discern the insidious damage and effect of the said resignation? The damage is irreversible now. The entire BOD are not fit to the Group and they should be removed to helm the Group with immediate effect....

After a long break , I just pop in to see what is happening . It is traded at 0.13 now , very close to my prediction of penny stock by the end of this year. There are still a few days to go for Year 2024. Jaks is destined to be doomed and has been ditched/side lined by most investors. It is said that the profits shown in the books and records are purportedly fabricated. Hence they never intend to pay cash dividend to shareholders , not in a million years....

Loss making counter. The sudden surge is motivated and unstainable. It is believed that many got caught at 0.760 which has been nosediving to 0.645 as at this hour. It is believed that it would plummet to the level to which it truly belongs ie 0.40 if not lower......

EPF will not return , not in a million years............ you can forget about it...........EPF and LTH are expected to exit in time to come...

The Management have yet to explain the reason why the incumbent KPMG resigned. They resigned for a valid reason. What is the valid reason ? You Know very well that the incumbent KPMG is bound by the terms of engagement to carry out their duties of audit from one AGM to another AGM though they have the right to resign during the terms of their office ( before expiry of their terms of engagement )

It is believed that 60m is unaccounted for but is sitting as other receivables. Basically, the said amount is gone with the wind and pending for impairment. When questioned, their preposterous explanation is that the said amount is a placement of deposit to secure sales..... WTH

Cutting losses is a painful exercise but it is a " must exercise" in investment strategy to prevent your capital from being evaporated . With the preserved capital , you can still strike back and cover your losses....

ESOS is not free, exercise price is RM0.48. They are not expected to exercise but let it lapse after the timeframe as the co's share price is expected to be below 0.48......

It is believed that the incumbent auditors,KPMG resigned in the middle of their term was due to the uncooperative manner of the current mgt to prevent them from carrying out their duties of conduct of audit

As professional external auditors,they will carry out their engagement from one AGM to the next AGM where their re-appointment for another term is subject to be approved by the shareholders then. The audit fee is agreed and fixed then. If the external auditors don't agree to the audit fee,they will not seek re-appointment in the AGM .There is no such thing the external audirors will resign in the middle of their term after re-appointment due to dispute in the audit fees .

How to climb under the composition of current half past six management ?

The employees have been given free shares without paying . so why is there a need to push up the share price ? The employees are at liberty to sell at any price if they wish to realise any time . Of course, some employees can continue to hold and realise later if they still have faith in the management .

Prospects for semi conductors biz are good. It is just that the current management behind this counter is bad and incompetent. The share price is unstainable and is expected to go down under ...
