RI must be issued to the existing shareholders 1st but it is believed that no existing shareholders are keen to subscribe for. Jaks is fully aware of the consequence of under subscription . Furthermore , it is believed that no underwritters are keen to subscribe . Hence, PP is a safer bet for Jaks now

PP is issued cheap , say 0.12 to so called "designated Investors" who are promised to be able to realise their subscription at a higher exit price say, 0.17 . I bet you should know who will be behind to motivate the exit price for the PP investors , right ??

The sudden surge is believed to be unstainable.. Jaks is going to issue more and more shares thereby ballooning its share base further to the detriment of shareholders' interest. Jaks has never rewarded its shareholders with dividends in the past despite huge profits were reported ( not sure if the profits were genuine or not ). All they know is to continue issuance of more and more shares ever and ever.

There was no problem for SD to resort to legal recourses to seek justice as they had absolute right to do so.
Following the litigation, it was apparent that they were guilty of false accounting as a result of which they were punishable with heavy fine. The justice has taken its course well.
