It is the fact that jaks would have reported losses in 2021 and 2022 if not due to the contributions from the plant in vietnam. It is believed that this trend would continue in 2023.

if CPECC decided to sell its stake in JHDP, Jaks will be forced to dispose its stake cos CPECC is expert in operation of plant but not Jaks..

Upon disposal,jaks 's financial performance would be affected.They would have reported losses in 2021 and 2022 if not due to the contributions from the plant.

That was the past projectsthe earnings have been recorded in the past audited accounts accordingly.

However,the Earnings are expected to be down this year or so following the completion of the said project.

Pointless to talk tons and tons of projects overseas in italy or otherwise if the company is faced with difficulties to raise fund to fund the projects.

The market is smarter than you and me and is faster to react than you and me..

The market is very lenient to set at 0.19 if not lower...

The mv need not be reflected to be the same as NTA.

Seeing is believing, those companies behaving like them are eventually ditched by investors as a result of which most of them have turned into penny stocks if not half dead.

From the reaction of the market and investors, they are said to be pissed off with the company which keeps on begging injection of fund through PP , RI , warrants ( carrot on stick) without even rewarding them through dividend payout as rewards and appreciation of capital gain. It is the fact that the Vietnam project has saved the axs of jaks otherwise Jaks would have reported huge loss . Share price would have been plummeted to abyss.

Now then the vietnam project has come to end . It remains to be seen whether the company is up to par without that project. The solar projects talked on paper still require huge fundings but fund raising is said to be very difficult given the pathetic standing of the company.
