let me rephrase since some people don't get it. If they are even considering full lockdown, then the current MCO status will probably continue At Least for another 4 weeks. Genm does not require full lockdown to be affected, current MCO restrictions already killing it. Cases are still stubbornly high. Govt will not release MCO so early else all that time will be wasted if numbers haven't come down.
