Cos from my experience, whenever at closing, there is 1 unit buy or sold to push the price up one notch (0.05) in this case, usually its syndicate playing. Yesterday I already see them purposely buy in 10 lot to push it up 0.055.

I also study their quarterly report. Bear in mind, in year 2016, Q1 net profit = 110 mil, Q2 net profit = 111 mil, Q3 net profit = 157 mil.
Q4 net loss = 172 mil

But in year 2017, Q1 net profit is 27 mil !!, Q2 net profit is 29 mil !!
Its extreme drop in net profit. Q3 is going to be bad because of the subsea7 that will incur a one time loss.

So, if we remove the 2016 Q4 loss (one time loss), average net profit throughout is 100++mil whereas in 2017 average is 30 mil.

The share price in mid to end of 2016 where the results become bad is 1,35-1,65. Now 2017 the result is worst than 2016, and the share is trading 1.31 - 2. so, with all time low net profit due to oil price, we might see further downtrend.

There are 2 research house that put the price at 1.32 and 1.35. So we are there already.

with this new low net profit, if investors really look into this, they might push further down. But also, technical wise, its oversold. RSI = 17. Way oversold. But it can remain oversold for a period of time. And its at its strongest support level (1.29-1.35). Closing below 1.32 is not good but still at support level. Risk taker can buy in now for technical rebound.
UNLESS it breaks 1.29, then, see you at the other side

1.32 still seems support....must close at 1.32, if below that, they will retest the support. the PE for this stock is 40x. so consider quite expensive. NTa is 2.18, if you that 0.5x Book value, that's about RM1.09
that time the PE is also about 30x. So, still not that cheap. Nonetheless, shouldn't go beyond that.
