Now i took profit from Pohuat and SHH and put into Latitud, no doubt this is the cheapest furniture counter with the highest ROIC.
Ppl thought 6 ringgit is much more expensive than 1 or 2 ringgit, typical trap of looking at price rather than value.
Like what KYY said, a simple bonus issue plus free warrant might satisfy the cheap pricing needs of the market.
I hv been accompanying for a year, normally Latitud's sp will retreat b4 the quarter result announced, based on my observation.
Will see how it performs when result out, :)

10 cents is enough for me.
Although plastic mould side de prospect is good, forex gain realized plus unreliazed are more than 1m, but they're gonna launch prop in Malacca, we all know that now is almost the end of the prop music chair.
Plus they're in Malacca, a very speculative prop market, im sure they'll stuck on it.
Bear in mind that at the first phase of prop dev will incurr alot of expenses like marketing expenses hv to run first b4 construction started, and we still dunno how much take up rate Sanichi has grabbed and how much order book?
So the earning for the coming quarter might not look good, becareful folks

I think ROE of the hydro will not be more than 8% ba, this is a very steady biz, alredi signed contract with TNB,

unlikely take over by the parent co. Londonbis, coz the latter has no money, in fact, Londonbis wn to sell Kheesan to third party to get some money.
We also need to look at the timing of the buyout, since Kheesan is doing another batch of ESOS, it is highly unlikely that they will sell the biz right now.
I guess Lim Pei Thiam this 媒人 is searching for companies who're interested in Kheesan, meanwhile Kheesan will hv to continue to demand money from its employees to finance daily working capital.
If u look at the case of Komarkcorp, LPT had spent 3 yrs to dabao the biz and sell away.
So I decided to sell half at 80cents first

if u're using cimb itrade, try look at Business Done summary, it sums up all the transactions done at what price lv.
Not really like what u said, all transactions focused on a few hands.
There're at least 15 buyers at 37 cents, tcf simply sell to anyone who like to buy Notion at 37cents and above

Nowadays every constructor also wn to build a mall beside a MRT station.
By that time, every stop has a mall.
But the prob, how much do u expect a person who takes public transport will spend inside a mall?
There are only two type of person, one is rich but hv no time, i.e. lawyers doctor accountants engineers
another is blue collars, got alot time, after work then go fishing, look at the blue sky, watch dramas
and one more type lagi cham, retired old men, no where to go but dun wn to go old folks home.
So they will go visit ur mall and consume ur aircond all day long, maybe dabao chat time to quench thirst.

The current ratio is almost 1, that's mean they're running on a tight cash flow, any timum taohu, the cffo will be in negative.
Icon, I dislike the way u ignore trade payable to tell a good story. Although trade payable is not as prior as bank borrowing, but eventually they still have to repay it within one year.
if u dun pay, who're going to supply u material.
Ur payable is other's receivable, if u like to tuo, than no body likes to do biz with u one
