According to Sivadas, this decline is across all sectors of the property market in Iskandar.

“Our records indicate 5,419 total transactions in the first half of this year at a value of about RM3.7 billion. That is an alarming drop in sales by any standards. The fact that it is happening just when Iskandar seems to have picked up momentum in the last few years has rattled the market.

More favourable USD and JPY Hevea received for the products it exported yet the net profit and revenue is down by 33% Q on Q, what does this tell you going forward?

which also mean the profit uptrend trajectory since last year is broken and it is not a good sign, given the strength of USD Hevea receives

and only a slight improvement on Q3/2013 by a meagre $200,000....

And Q3/2014 is only $5.7m....

That mean profit is down 33% Q on Q

Q3/2013 Net Profit $5.5m
Q2/2014 Net Profit $8.5m

Forget all the backgroumd noises. Just buy and wait for $2.50

Hevea continued to make new high while the WB started to weakens and close unchanged. I think WB will stop advancing drastically from here as compare to Hevea.

Finally, the senses and reality soberness kicked in to tell you that WB is way overpriced

My bet on Hevea really pays off handsomely. Huat!
