i assume only 5% increase in asp, and i also disregard new capacity that will come in starting 4th qtr

and 4 qtr is 25.225 + 4.425=29.65mil, i assume flat 5% increase in asp for 3rd ant 4th qtr

revenue 118 mil, assume 5% increase in asp =5.9mil ( all profit), 5.9*75%=4.425mil (assume tax 25%), so nxt qtr net profit=20.8+4.425 = 25.225mil

im saying net operation profit(20.8m), i disregard the one time gain

put in simple: even if ansell own 100% of the jv, carepls berhad owns 0% of carepls sdn bhd(the sub), carepls will still able to maintain at least 85-90% current qtr profit

ansell wont takeaway profit from rubberglove and careglove (both 100% own by carepls berhad- mother company)
ansell will only takeaway 50% profit from carepls sdn bhd( the jv sub)
go read how much this sub contributed to the whole profit, is around or less than 10%

and as the boss said, new lines will be added to rubberglove(another subsidiary), this subsidiary will also in better shape in the future and contribute positively to the overall profits

with ansell as partner will boost carepls reputation and brandname, the future will only be better for the jv company--carepls

3 subsidiaries: rubberglove, carepls(jv with ansell), and careglove(now own 100% after bought back from brasil partner cheap in 2019)
about 85% profit contributed by careglove, so whether they own 50% or 100% of carepls(the jv company) will not have much effect on the coming profits
