I just sold this share. Tips is need to hold more than a year and no dividend payout for past few years already. So be prepare for mid - long term holding. Its fundamental is strong anyway. So depends on your portfolio.

ya, HSR mean High Speed Railway (KL-SG). One of the station is very near to the Bandar Sri Sendayan where Matrix main properties development is there. Also, Msia Vision Valley and KLIA Aeropolis is also near to this development. That's why all good news and future make it popular stock.

Because annual wise Matrix still positive profit and this company strong fundamentals.
Also Matrix is willing to give out consistent dividend few times per year.
Latest dividend is next month plus proposed Bonus share 1 for 4, that's why pushing it upward.

first 2 days after last announcement already heavy falling from 1.84 to 1.54, after that 2/3 days strong support at 1.53/1.54....if really so bad, sure already break below 1.50 lah...after technical correction, now is the time to rebound...
