（吉隆坡29日訊）柔佛機構旗下阿沙蘭產托（ALSREIT，5296，主板產業投資信托組）首日上市逆市開紅盤，閉市報1令吉零5仙，溢價5仙或5%。

該產托首宗成交量1千471萬股，比發售價溢價5仙至1令吉零5仙，盤中一度取得13%溢價至1令吉13仙；首日上市熾熱，為全場最熱門股，成交量1億零496萬4千股。

柔佛機構總裁兼首席執行員拿督卡瑪魯查曼在上市儀式後表示，將在2年內完成3項產業收購計劃，產業分別位於吉隆坡及柔佛。

該產托計劃通過上市籌措2億5千236萬令吉，其中2億4千286萬令吉用於收購產業，950萬令吉則作為上市開銷。

“我們計劃收購5項資產，其中3項料可在2年內完成收購，類型與公司現有產業相同，包括辦公樓、購物中心、餐飲零售店及學院建築，收購將以單位及現金完成。”

目前該產托整體總值9億零314萬令吉。

至於令吉走疲趨勢，他預見將有更多新加坡投資者進入大馬市場，該公司有望從中收益。（星洲日報／財經
