Just so curious. The company can actually submitted the application form to be out of PN17 (as they already obtained 2 consecutive FR with profits). BUT, how come they want to wait for next FR (Feb 2013)???

If bad FR, then why wait? out of PN17 will make all the Directors happier and more money... very curious...
