展望未来,主要有几点:
1)去年6月28号在新加坡交易所主板次级上市(现在SGD1.915)所有在Bursa持有Topglove股票的股东，可转移股票至SGX(不过是怎样就要问下remiser)。随着在大马和新加坡双边上市，预期可以为股东们提高价值、增强资金及增长的潜能。
2)作为全球最大手套生产商，公司在明年兴建两座新厂
3)避孕套明年年底投入生产。老板有讲过，公司许多客户也希望能一起购买手套和避孕套。公司也目标每年生产10亿个避孕套。(如果1个卖RM1都很huat哈哈)
4)由于现金很多，公司将来会有更多的收购，而公司已经确定要收购一间包装公司(4.5m净利保证)
5)公司放眼2020年手套市占率30%(现在25%)
6)公司设下目标,2040年成为财富世界500强公司
7)新开的医院拿到亚洲第一个德国TEMOS certificate。相信未来还会开多几间
8)公司大力发展自动化,老板提到从2013年每生产100万个手套，须动用4万4600名员工的劳力，降至2017财务年的首半年每100万个手套，仅动用2万9600名员工，已优于业界2016年平均每100万个手套须动用3万8000名员工。劳动力占成本10%
9)与日本公司Fimatec缔结联营，涉足生产供制作手套用的橡胶补强剂业务。管理层预计，联营可让公司每年节省1000万令吉，相等于总化学成本的4%
10)作为成本50%的天然橡胶价都比前两季来的低
11)美国将会逐步升息而美金将会上涨，公司产品大部份90%以美金计算的出口肯定受惠。
