Mr.Lim..他们买得太高，卖了可能还可以买其它的股，可能反而赚钱，抵消亏本。。希望他们不要再买得太高就好。。我建议大家学习分析chart。。在股市里（尤其玩中短期），technical analysis是非常重要的（尤其是买卖时机）。。。。对于amprop，我觉得RM1还是一个非常强的support price，不要太紧张，RCPS还没出来呢

vege，我只是给个小小的个人意见，你的语气需要这么差吗？首先，卖掉kesas之前，P/E当然比现在高，可是跟其他的不错的properties股比，还是算below average。。第二，kesas卖了代表公司比较有钱，有钱代表什么？为什么不要发dividend，而是RCPS？因为公司要拿钱继续发展（grow）。。这代表公司有意把生意做大，未来股价还是有很大的上升空间。。。第三，kesas卖了然后profit当然上，profit grow就是profit grow，什么叫做因为卖kesas所以P/E才低？P/E低了是因为公司做得好，不是因为KESAS而已。。P/E 20++？你是怎么算的？拿现在的股价对比上一年的profit？lol。。现在的股价是因为现在的pofit增长。。要比就比现在，不要忘了，kesas就是公司投资的一部分，投资了kesas当然没多余钱去投资更多，如果没有kesas公司就会投资其他的工程，profit也是不会低到哪里去。。如果你把kesas剪掉来算，那不叫我没做功课，那是你的功课做错了..lol。。。我在1.48卖了，在1.34买回，我就是放长期，我就是要拿rcps，就是这样..zz

其实ex-date后会不会回调也不一定，因为这次分的是RCPS，有点类似dividend。。而却Amprop P/E还是偏低，成长几率大，可能ex-date后价钱比较便宜，反而更加吸引投资者。。这只是我的猜测。。如果短期真的亏了也不要太灰心。。amprop并不差，你可以放心..

RM 1 will be exactly the price right before the effect of bonus issue being announced ( on 21 March )....my opinion is : this may be the support...however, it may drop further since the performance not as good as expected and no dividend...lol...but will at lease stop before hitting RM 0.97 (guessing) ....but it's a good stock...who know this may be a second DLADY ?

the chart have shown a downtrend doji...probability to drop is more than 50%...stagnant = 30%..up = not more than 20%.....again, i could be wrong too~~

based on my analysis....if instaco not moving today, probably within next week....again, this is just my analysis...accuracy >50%...buy at your own risk~!!
