In the money means the mother price is already above 1.77 However, it has not taken into account of the warent price. If After adding warrent price to 1.77 becomes higher than mother price, it's called out of money or having premium

Converting warrent into mother Only results in share dilution. What adjustment? Anyway, once warrent Is listed, the warrent price plus 1.77 Divide by the mother price will give you the premium. For newly listed warrent, the premium Is usually 30 to 40%. Anything higher you can expect adjustment in terms of either warrent price coming down or mother price going up. Your guess is as good as mine

The reason I said sell mother and buy warrent is for maximising your return as the warrent price is always cheaper giving you the leverage to earn more % return.

Theoretically since there's no cost involved for warrent, there's no price adjustment. However, in real life situation, there's always adjustment. To know for sure, look at the reference price of mother on the ex-date. If same as before ex date, then no adjustment. Don't be too concerned with the adjustment If you are in for the long haul which will give you the highest return. Depending on the premium of warrent when it gets listed. If premium is below 20%, you may considersell mother and buy warrent

No point to exercise the warrent. They operator will have to goreng up the warrent by lifting the mother si that they can run out. The leverage from the warrent will give you much higher capital gain

The exercising of warrent Has nothing to do with price adjustment. As I said earlier, the theoretical reference price of free warrent is 0.005 so on ex date, the reference price of mother is 1.80 but on opening, it depends on demand and supply. The mother price May not be adjusted so much as to be 1.80

The good thing I like about this scib is the exercise price of warrent is fixed at 1.77 giving plenty if upside for the mother. With 3 years to expiry, the time value is about 30 cts. This is the base for warrent if the mother is at 1.77. Any price difference of mother upon ex date will be added to the price of warrent. For example if upon ex date the price of mother is 2.07, then the price of warrent is likely to be 0.60
