The sellers lined up to sell @RM0.405 but it appears no buyers to take RM0.405, the sellers starts to dump @RM0.4. Why are these sellers so desperate?

The Majority of the semi conductors required in the next 5+ year will be low end wafer (EE & EV). If the supply can not meet the demand, what would happen to the selling price?

On the other hand, the chinese partner in Silterra may have to come out with the investment for their shares. In other words, DNeX may be offered for the interest free loan, instead of Silterra.

I don't know what the current government of Malaysia will do to promote investment in the Semi-conductor industry. Surely offering "Pioneer status" to Silterra for 20 years is a possibility with free interest loan. This is just an example.

Buying rate is only 36% so far for today. It is quite surprising.

It doesn't matter small fishes or big fishes ( small no.). It is important to be orderly. Force sell or FOMO are not good signs.

It is normal to take profit at certain price. In this case @RM0.415

We should not speculate if there is no confirmation but we can choose to use our wisdom to justify our confidence in DNeX. It may not be just NIISE but all the other prospects that we may have overlooked.

DNeX was pushed down to benefit the PP holders. Are these PP holders invested in DNeX for short term? Very unlikely.

I can imagine DNeX will not drop much even without NIISE. I can't say the same for Theta @RM2.71

I am more concerned on PM going full steam ahead to join "BRICS". Will it affect the investment from the G7 countries? Will China be more involved in "belt & road" initiative in Malaysia? Will Malaysia be able to balance between the G7 and the "BRICS"?

If the submitted tender price lower than the actual cost price? What would happen to the company? the possibility to abondon the project is high. What happen to IRIS who was implenting the NIISE?

Does the share price determine the chance of winning the NIISE ? Will the lowest tender price justify the chances? No.

All these global share markets sell off is basically the chain reaction caused by the BOJ on the increase of 0.25% interest to defend the yen. The cheap loan taken from the Japanese banks and invested in the Dow Jones, Nasdaq, & S&P would have to unwind the "carry trade" mostly in the USA. When the next time the yen depreciates against the US dollar, will BOJ again increase the interest rate?

The Nikkei, the Topix could turn one day down and the next day up because most of their share markets are controlled by the institutions. What about Bursa?

But you still can "choose" what you want to do next. No one can force you unless you put yourself in force sell situation.

The NAPS is RM0.53 and it is a 23% discount based on the current share price of RM0.43

It is encouraging that the sellers are selling @RM0.435 now rather than later.

Wait till the share price @RM0.45 and decide whether it is going to RM0.5 straight.

Share price does not need to press down or push up. It depends on demand & supply unless it is deliberate action for "inside" information or speculations.

I can't deny that "small" sellers are disposing the shares for the past week. The importance to monitor is whether the "Big" investers are supporting @RM0.45

Don't count the chick before it is hatched. Keep monitoring the movement of share price. You can always take profit and re-enter when you are comfortable.. Though it looks like the selling pressure is very minimum at this level of share price.

I believe the time is getting near that DNeX is going to show the true value of the company. It is worth considering to put your spare money to work. It is going to be rewarding when the time is finally come.

We shouldn't lose focus on monitoring the share price than go into speculations.

Therefore, any share price leass than RM0.6 is a better buy now than the share issued @RM0.0199 listed on 8/9/2021.

After the huge transacted vol of 315 millions shares, followed by 80+ and 70+ millions shares transacted. It is quite clear that more upside is expected.

The best outcome for the time being is to maintain the price about @RM0.45 with little or no selling pressure.
