The fundamental of a counter does not usually apply unless it is a blue-chip counter. The written up of a counter is to goreng a counter. When is DNEX's term?

RM11.8 is the contract value. @20% profit, RM2.36 million gross for 24 months. The gross profit is less than RM100K per month. If not careful, like the containers contracts, end up lossing money if extended for another 2 years because of the overhead expenses is fixed. The efficiency in delivery of OGPC is in doubt.

KNM, REACH are all goreng many rounds already. DNeX is still dreaming of catching the Ikan Bilis since.....

I have been wandering why the performance of DNeX has been so awful. Could it be due to the boss behind the nominee ever since he was demoted to ED? Was DNeX ever been linked to BN / ExPM wife? Could someone in current administration offer to take over since it has a lot of potential?

Chances of satisfactory QR or for whole year is diminishing based on the share price's performance now. Don't put too much hope.

Chances for new wave is getting slimmer every minute.

I am surprise that the QR is not released yesterday. Then it has to be today or the latest tomorrow.

QR should be out after 5 pm. Just wait for it. No need to guess. What is good may not be good enough. What is bad could be good enough. Most importantly is the share price starts to move up.

Hopefully it is rolling over.

Quarterly result should be out next tuesday and if no signal of the next wave soon, we should expect winter sleep.

Will be quiet for these days unless they decide to go for the next wave.

Announcement of ED appointment not MD. The old MD becomes the new ED. Still waiting for MD appointment. At least the Ship (DNeX) sails with only officer on boat and still waiting for captain to be on board.

I personally think the bottom has finally over. look forward for further uphill over a period of time.

It is good news that the ex MD is back as executive director. It is an indicative that major changes is on the way that the ex MD ( as major shareholder) is willing to work with. Hopefully, this is the beginning of the recovery DNeX is desperately waiting for. Good luck !!!

As expected, the price should be going down or side way till a new reputable captain is appointed with capability of taking over the shares of the old captain. At this moment we can only hope for the best.

The captain retired. A vessel without a captain indicates trouble, directionless and wandering who is willing to takeover his shares. Zainal could be in trouble because some of his shares acquires ar RM0.43 per share.

Ha.. Crude Oil price drops USD4, DNeX's share price drops. Whether Oil & IT, all affects DNeX. If negative news, DNex's share price drops. If positive news, it does not push up the price. Ha... What does it mean? Major shareholders in dispute.

That is the problem that Azman is still the 3rd biggest shareholder.

If you are the "Jaw", would you take the chance to push the share price up?

You better hope is Azman as he is already out of management team.

It is good to see that someone is disposing off the shares quickly at this level and hopefully it is Azman.

We used to be a Billion ringgit counter. But only long term investors will benefit because you need to treat it as 2-3 years FD.

When MD, Zainal Abidin bought 130 million shares from Azman @RM0.43 on April 2017, it seems long long ago. Who would have thought that we are hoping to reach RM0.4 and struggling.

At current price level, only those with ESOS or major shareholder like Azman or force sell, would sell. I am hoping Azman can find someone who can make a private deal with him.

More like selling force is fighting with the buying force.

To move DNeX, minimum 100 million shares transaction per day. Still not showing it yet.

DNeX is a controlled counter. "Jaw" decides and Azman is a factor.

No doubt that the prospect of DNeX is good but till the top management of the company works out a solution for the internal problem, no one would dare to push including the "Jaws". Unless a agreed compromise is in place. Good luck.

10/4/17 Azman sold 130 million shares to Zainal Abidin. 15/1/18 disposed off 15 million shares. Resigned as director on 28/2/18. He still has 90.74 million shares. His action speaks louder and we draw conclusion from his action that he is maximizing his return only for the remaining of the shares.

As long as Azman (90 millions shares) is not taken up by someone, it will be ding...dong.... Enjoy the wait.
