Do you have any idea on the 100 acres freehold industrial land in Serendah that Supermax bought at RM 18 per sq ft in 2013? Now should have appreciated as the nearby UMW High Value Manufacturing Park's 861 acres leasehold industrial lands are selling at RM 40 per sq ft.They have sold 40% of the Park.Some of the buyers are T7 Global n Multi Code Electronics.
