Hi denden,there are three possiblelity for this counter.Go private,for the major share holder control 84% now.Go right issue and bonus issue,the major share holder will get more % of the company.For special dividend,he will get back most of the monies that he had put in.Just wait n see.this was happening since last year.

reply to nicky,This is only my point of view,as for the past 3 yrs this counter is still much under value.and onone wanted to push it up.Even several analysis said this is a overweight counter,but it just didn't move much.Remember 0.80cts is only 1/2 the price of the book value how do you see it?this counter really need a big boy to push it.0.43cts is too low ,anyone has money should keep some for this counter.

this counter can playX2 only.Datuk M is controlling around 72% .Kasi is having 18% .Not much room for the big guy to go in ,unless go private the price will take a long time to go 0.60-0.80cts.Sad sad sad.

If I am a big timer,I would buy nowand sell at 0.29cts for pfofit.I will not push up the price for any one to run.At the end of the day there r losser for the gainer.

Very likely the price will come down to 0.46 in 2 weeks time.

If the price is still coming down the only thing is keep buying to level your cost down..When it come back u will start making money at the nearest uptrend.Why worried for such a good counter.

short term will die n long term Live.Simple as that.

I agree with nemesis.Mkland is low in loan (short or long term),rich in cash,rich in land.This is just an unpolished gem just waiting to be polished!

asiapac is a v good counter.once the shoping mall in KK is completed by end of the year or early next year,they have 90000 sq ft of space to let out.the turnover will increase by 25%.Take a close look at it.

they put talam into the tilam and sleep on it like me .lol more comfort.
