With the pricing, can penang people afford to buy or need foreign investor to buy? How about bank approval rate on loan? How long developer need to get the APDL before they can launch the house? What is the competitor project nearby? What is the occupation rate of existing prokect nearby? Pls do these research before you gv a positive comment on this land deal..i look at it, the price of RM800/ft for land cost are way too expensive...the cost definetly will over run
