If the "BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 680,154,880 NEW ORDINARY SHARES ON THE BASIS OF 1 BONUS SHARE FOR ONE MOTHER SHARE" is confirmed, the total share of SUPERMAX has been doubled, so, will the exercise price of CW also become half ? eg: C51 exercise price from 4.45 reduce to 2.225 ? and the premium will be adjusted accordingly?

I know less about BURSA's practice on warrant.. THANKSSS.

如果10月27号的股东特别大会通过红股方案的话，估计公司会在11月中公布除权日期，到时公司也会送出母股和凭单给持有者，比例是每6股送1股。当然拿到了免费红股后，凭单的转换将调整为RM0.09。这是额外的资讯提醒那些持有凭单的人。


As approved at EGM on 27October2017, the share Ex-date will be in middle of November on the basis of 6:1 + warrant(conversion price will also be adjusted to 0.09) . Will the warrant price drop by then? I hv bought a lot WB at 6 cents.... Hold or throw? Pls advise.

大摩：上调恒指基本目标至26000点 高看31000点

摩根士丹利发表亚太区及新兴市场报告表示，考虑到外汇汇率预测、未来企业盈利数据，决定上调对亚太区及新兴市场指数目标预测，该行予日本、中国市场“增持”评级。

在基本情境预测下，该行上调对恒生指数最新目标，由24000点升至26000点，相当于预测市盈率12.6倍，预期指数自上而下今年股盈增长按年升7.1%;国指基本情境预测目标亦由10200点，升至11300点，相当于预测市盈率8.5倍，预期指数自上而下今年股盈增长按年升8.0%。MSCI中国指数的基本情境目标由66升至72点，相当于预测未来市盈率12.7倍。

在“牛市”情境预测下，大摩上调恒指目标，由30500点升至31000点，相当于预测市盈率13.5倍，指数自上而下今年股盈增长将按年升14.7%;国指“牛市”情境预测目标由13000点升至13400点，此相当预测市盈率9.4倍，指数自上而下今年股盈增长将按年升13.5%。

该行重申对上证综指至今年年底目标预测4400点(潜在升幅35%)，估计今年相关指数企业股盈预测增长12%，认为内地投资者将从债券及楼市资金转投股市，将可令上证估值获得重估。而该行对人民币兑美元汇价预测，于今年3月、6月及12月各为6.95、7.0及7.1，至2018年12月为7.24水平。

汇丰控股午后甫开挫逾4% 大市倒跌:

汇控中午公布，2016年列账基准除税前利润下跌62.3%至71.12亿美元，远逊预期。而股东应占溢利12.99亿美元，按年下跌89.67%。第4次中期息每股派0.21美元，2016年派息水平维持在每股普通股0.51美元，集团强调有信心维持现有水平。

另外，集团董事会决定透过股份回购计划，进一步向股东退还最高达10亿美元，预期将于2017年上半年完成。

受汇丰控股拖累 港股跌近1%失守24000点:

时富资产董事总经理姚浩然表示，昨日大市成交减少，或因为香港指数成份股派成绩，市场观望气氛浓厚，而北水较早前有所减少，但对港股影响不大，近日美汇指数在101水平上落，资金继续流入新兴市场，将对港股有利，料恒指短期走势反覆，支持位23800点，上望于24500点。

贵人资本梁渊认为，周一为美国总统日，美股休市一天。现A股造好接力美股走势给港股带来支持，加之市场资金稳步流入港，给港股上升带来动力，因此，料港股近期有望上试或随A股，可留意低估值蓝筹。

美国股市已连续多日创下新高，道琼斯指数更突破20600点，分析员预期今日港股可随美股升势而高开，惟相信在24364点将面临相当大阻力。

美国三大指数再次同创新高，道琼斯指数收市报20611点，升107点或0.52%，标准普尔指数收市报2349点，升11点或0.5%，纳斯达克指数收市报5819点，升36点或0.64%。

欧洲三大指数同样录升幅，英国富时指数收市报7302点，升33点或0.47%，德国DAX指数收市报11793点，升22点或0.19%，法国CAC指数收市报4924点，升29点0.59%。

港股在美预讬证券(ADR)造价普遍高收，汇丰控股(00005-HK)ADR折合收市报68.43元，较本港收市价高1.1%，中国海洋石油(00883-HK)ADR折合收市报9.58元，较本港收市价高0.6%，中国石化(600028-CN)(00386-HK)ADR折合收市报6.12元，较本港收市价高0.6%，中国人寿(601628-CN)(02628-HK)ADR折合收市报24.55元，较本港收市价高0.2%。

港股净流入4293亿人民币 大摩预测恒指上冲3万点

（腾讯证券综合）隔晚美股三大指数连续第四日齐创收市新高，恒指昨日微跌7点后，今早承接外围再冲高，现涨超1%，站上24000点。

濠赌股涨势迅猛，普遍涨幅达4%以上。摩根士丹利则发表报告，指长远看好中国市场，并重申对恒指的最乐观预测，为高达30500点。

大摩看好内港两地银行股 增持仓比重

摩根士丹利发表报告表示，随着投资者对中国银行业资产质量下降的担忧减弱，预期内地银行股今年应该有非常好的表现。

大摩指出，美国与香港加息将有利香港的银行，预期净息差在今后几年将持续扩大。A股沉睡 港股净流入4293亿人民币

开年以来，港股开启连续上涨趋势，港股通资金净流入不断走高。港股通(深市)净流入更在2月13日创下两个月内新高。内地资金掘金港股的热点聚焦于酒店娱乐、内地银行和保险股、汽车、军工等蓝筹股。

在内地资金的助推下，香港股市持续上涨，牛冠全球，创4个月来高位，引发全球市场全面关注，全球资金同样跟进布局股港，从而使得港股步步拉升。

香港国有企业指数，更于2月15日早晨高见10441点，创超过一年来的新高。

著名经济学家易宪容认为，内地大量资金进击香港股市，主要有四大原因：

1.早些时候一些原来用于海外并购的内地资金，遭中央叫停交易后停留在香港，现在获得批准可以买入香港中国H股；

2.经过这几年信贷市场快速扩张，市场流动性十分泛滥，由此需要寻找好的投资标的。截至今年1月底，内地私募基金管理资产规模达到10.98万亿元，按月急增7400亿元，已经超过了公募基金规模；

3.香港股市，不仅市场成熟、规范化的程度高，在一定程度上更能够保护投资者利益，更在于在人民币波动压力没有缓解情况下，有利于投资者降低汇率风险，故从去年开始，内地资金开始布局香港股市；

4.AH存在较高溢价。同样的企业，在香港的许多H股，其回报率远高于内地的A股，但H股的价格远低于A股。如果投资者要炒作内地经济改革的各种概念，可能购买香港H股的股票其风险肯定会低于A股。
