KUALA LUMPUR (June 13): Hong Kong-listed F8 Enterprises (Holdings) Group Ltd, an oil products wholesaler and distributor, has acquired some 20.18 million shares, representing 6.99% direct interest in G Neptune Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, G Neptune said F8 Enterprises acquired the shares on June 8 this year via the open market.

F8 Enterprises has a market capitalisation of HK$200 million, according to Bloomberg.

At 2.23pm, G Neptune's share price stood at 8 sen, valuing the group at RM23.1 million.
