When SAP at 40 sen many also said hopeless. Look Sap almost double in less than 1 mth.

SAP involved in oil and gas and they churned out the oil and can sell immediately and receive payment there and then. Their revenue collection is more secure and in demand.

VIVO need to put upfront their own resources and billed the customers before collection can be collected. The reason behind the PP and all the RI is to get funds to finance their projects startup and ongoing ones. The reasons is because they cannot collected the money back on time and therefore stucked.....simple as that.

So the process will be repeated unless they can collected the old ageing outstanding, else their current RI funds can only tide them only for another quarter.

Warrants holders won't be exercising their B since already out of money. Warrant C/D won't be exercising too in near term.

So they have no practical ways to access cheap funds except RI/Warrants conversion or another PP.

These are the dilemma VIVO is facing and we have to acknowledge the facts rather than still defending this stupid company and their Board of Directors.

But don't forget that Dato Thong/Insas also holding 16% Omesti shares too and he can do the same damage to Omesti shares in the market too.......

Don't believe?...............studies SYF Resources shares where Dato Thong/Insas is substantial holders......they can bring the shares from high of 0.66sen to current 0.295sen.

So don't underestimate Dato Thong/Insas........he can do the same to Omesti share price.

Morning all....
just wan to share some thought for those who bought this shares...
I was with DGSB since many years back... from 0.12 when the implementation of GST until 0.03 when ppl thought this company will bankrupt. I loaded quite a fair bit around 0.03 and bring my average down to around 0.035. I am not as clever as SARA or others bros who sold some at 0.14-0.16. I kept holding it.

the fact is the fundamental of company wouldnt change overnight. Imagine if you are an employee, there is a new shareholders come in with a new CEO, will the P&L turn overnight? It would not, thing are not fall from sky with this people come in, but it will depend on their synergy to turn the company around. And it will not happen in 3 months, even 6 months. it may need 1 years of strategy planning, and maybe 2-3 years to make the company turn around.

Million dollar question!! Do you believe in new shareholders and the new CEO? i dont see the reason why NOT? they must done a series of analysis and go into this DGSB project. if it does not work out, they lost multi millions ringgit, and we are not the only victim. They are as well.

Another Million dollar question!! What price to buy? it will depend on your risk level, if you are risk taker, u pay at a premium price which is around this level and above their entry. If you are not a bit scare, u can always q at their entry which is 0.05-0.06, or those ambitious can q back 0.03-0.04. But there is by chances if the operator wan to sell it that far. I believe this will be better than bank interest rate after 2-3 years.




Well said.....................just wait for PP holder's name to be announced and we will see more of the company path charted by the new Management...............more announcements.))

sifus why CREC want to partner(JV) Vivo? Why don't they choose eg Gamuda, GKent, YTL, etc?

Please read the announcement correctly......the partnership with CREC is only HOA.....not even confirm.......many things need to ironed out before turning into agreements.

Even previous hotly contested and mentioned partnership with CRCC also can just vanished from the air.............nothing fruitful coming out then.

All projects that was confirmed also didn't the daylight, even projects ongoing halfway can be terminated... Conneff.

All just for the sake to push up the price and throw at retailers like us.

This stock is for long term. But n keep for dividend n appreciation. Better still buy n give to your children.

Ace Market in Bursa is a platform for today's company to get listed and manipulate their way in making money for themselves.
It's not about progressing or finding for investors.

Inari is one good classic stock listed under ACE when around 20s nobody wants but when news come out that they got Avago subcons and later bought over Amerton Tech........see the price now. Bonus after bonus, dividend....etc.

True because what investors want for supporting the company is share appreciation with dividend payment and at the best bonus shares or capital repayment................but this is not forthcoming from this company.
