I do not know why skunk wanna take PE and valued the company now when we know we are looking and buying the stock based on projects coming on streams going forward. I can assure and guarantee this skunks only go in at stocks that show fair valued PE and at the same times is already push up and thats why he caught or stucked at them.

The company can gets those projects based on merits and of course those that awarded the projects to Vivocom also not blind. We're talking hundred millions dollar projects and not 1 or 2 millions where you play play like a marble game.

The projects of RM240 millions is not mentioned on CIMB reports and came as a surprise.

The company have all the expertise and manpower, just lacked of funds which is why the company issuing PP, warrants to fund this and also cash-flow from ongoing projects to move forward.

This is typical biz moves in order to fund and going forward......rather than getting bank loans.

For the skunks that appear after the rainy season daily commenting on the stocks, please gets your facts right before even bombarding the company and made genuine investors from participating in the company stocks. This kind of attitude is selfishness to the highest order.

the company get more contracts but the price not moving fast becos we need to see the contributions from the projects to kicks in before revalue the stocks higher.

Although some stocks that have new projects could sparks or fueled the share price, Vivocom is difference becos they have new biz outfit in constructions sectors so the investing public need to have affirmations from the result before upgrading the stock price.

Michelle, we need to monitor another 1 or 2 quarter results to assure that the company is on right tracks.

Dividendenshark, the Indonesian port collaboration is already started by Head Of Agreement signing that day. Now its for Vivocom to do diligent studies on all aspects of the JV including sourcing of funding,key personnels of the formed JV enity, turnkey contractors, engineering and construction contractors, etc before coming out with a comprehensive Definitive Agreement in black and white.

So all rest in Vivocom to do the studies.

Slow and steady streams of projects is best for Vivocom. They just recently bagged the Indonesian port projects so for the next 2-3 years it is kinda busy years for Vivocom based on currents contracts in hand.

Any further projects will extend the contracts in hand to 2019 and beyond.

Whoever exist Malaysian politic scene won 't have any effects on any contracts signed previously. Biz still goes on as usual.

China GDP (YoY) is in line with analyst estimate thats why no big drop for China stock index today.

Agreed with MyView...............developments projects will proceed on to boost the economy and CRCC will not be allowed to failed in China and let alone in Malaysia.

High inventories are probability of increased production after expansion of areas mined from increased of plant and machinery from recent right issues. And because of recent low gold price, the company might stock up and only release for sales when the price is right.

So nothing wrong with it.

I do not see any issue for Instaco from projects points of views if CRCC is affected by their country internal markets or slowdown becos CRCC is one of China biggest company and the country won't allow them to go bust. Morever Instaco getting projects not from China, most of them are in Malaysia or neigboring countries so far. Unless, our country going down then some projects might be slashed that affected CRCC/Instaco.....but i might say again these projects won't be shelve off but only delayed.

Until the above scenario presence in front of your eyes, then worst off the share will remain around 20 sen level and won't back to 10sen level because all current projects still contributing for the next 2 years.

My Views On Instacom



Instacom has been hogging the limelights since November last year. My feel is that if it was just a pump and dump, they would have dumped already. We have to be cognisant of the fact that it is no longer a telco tower kind of company, in fact profits from that industry alone will amount to less than 5% of this year's earnings.

So, where is Instacom going? Or should I refer to as Vivocom?

a) Anyone who do not believe in their "china-play" story can sell, and would have already... looking at the shaky global developments in recent weeks (oil going below US$30; yuan devaluing; China sending troops to fight ISIS; etc...). No doubt about that, if you don't wish to part of the story, you can opt out anytime and many have done so. Which is a revealing tell for the price action / volume to see the shares still above 28 sen after all that.

b) Hence, despite all that has happened, the share price has settled very nicely above 27.5-28.5 sen. which is comfy above the small 5% new share issue levels. Even if those people wanted to get out, there is sufficient liquidity for them to exit.

c) Look at Edra, look at 1MDB, who has been buying??? Look at Penang under water tunnel, who had the better financing. Gemas??? etc... what else. Its not that Malaysia wants to get China's investments, but no one else seems to be looking or wanting to invest!!!. The Middle East has problems of their own, Japan as well... no one seems keen to provide long term FDI... except China. I do not need to go into why Vivocom has a good relationship with CCRC and possibly other China mega counters. Please read the CIMB report.

d) Either the entire thing is a scam, or its true... how to scam with CRCC?????, the projects are there already, it is one of the top 100 listed companies in China, they can see the news, they can read the blurbs. Yes, it may take some time for markets to give the stock a proper valuation - currently we are looking at less than 5x prospective earnings. I do believe if and when the quarterly figures come in in line or above valuations/expectations, we will see huge spurts then.

e) To be fair, you cannot ascribe a 10x earnings on a completely new RTO business, no matter how attractive it may be. It has to be gradual, as more confirmation on quarterly earnings and new projects being won.


To that end, I have just come across a faed technical chartist and got his email on his view on Instacom. Our ways of interpreting data may be different, but I think we come to the same conclusion.

So the last quarter result should turns in around RM9 mil for Vivocom.....if the forecast by CIMB is taken into context.

Then we can said that FY15 profit projection is rights on by CIMB.
