If the private placement is with the intention to increase the controlling stake of the friendly party of new major shareholder, we expect the price to be flat until the placement completed? on the other hand, higher market price will enable WCT to raise more fund.. good for "cash flow"... hmm.. complicated..

- commitment of 20m++ for office tower in cyberjaya. [page 9]
- 40% billed for the VEP (IT sector) [page 10, item 20]
- energy sector, revenue 28m, profit > 100m ?!! [page 8] [see page 10, item 21 for detail - the big "profit" come from.....]

Better don't touch YTL's call warrant because the mother share price unlikely to swing. You can notice the YTL mother share price over short period of time didn't change much. So, betting on YTL call warrant not really worth it.
