The BOD r crooks. The Rm51 can be used to buy back their shares. They should allocate that 34mil shares under right issue or private placement but not under ESOS. No progress for the sales of nasal swab, ventilator, syringe cap and vaccine.

Happy new year 2021.Yes they can sell at anytime as they wish. The BOD is crazy, where got people release the 34mil of shares under ESOS at one shot. The company still got 51mil cash reserve and never give the dividend to the shareholders. Dont be surprised, if the rm51mil is utilised in share buy back.

34 mil share of ESOS is the biggest ESOS allocation in K1 history. Watch out. Could be another good way for the big boss to exit.. N say goodbye. My friend said they can sell the share on monday without any restriction. Got another anouncement in Jan. Good luck

Maybe the CEO will use the cash reserve of RM50MIL to execute share buy back... Well done mr. CEO..

When got such a huge number of ESOS (6 %) to be added up to the number of share floated in the market. We should expect the price of the share should be reduced as well. The price should be 0.34 after the listing of the new shares

Aries, I got no power to influence the price. But the issued of 34mil ESOS got the power to sink the price.

K1 got no preference share

There is no restriction to dispose the share under ESOS except preference share.

The Question here is how come the COO and the staffs had disposed their shares before the anouncement. My friend told me that got anoucement. Today really got an anouncement. What is the point of such a oicemebt if no actual sales or contract. Maybe these is another trap
